Resort Experience
Two private casino salons, three gaming lounges, and a service team schooled at Europe's finest houses. From baccarat to roulette, every table is overseen by a dealer with at least five years on our floor. Discretion is not an amenity here. It is the standard.
Private Pools
Two infinity pools, four heated plunge pools, sixteen cabanas, and a private beach with chilled towel service from dawn to dusk. Guests under sixteen are welcome only in the family pool — the remainder are kept hushed by design.

Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden whose harvest shapes tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs do not draft seasonal dishes — they let the season inscribe itself onto the plate, each morning, in pencil.

High-stakes tables in private salons — no observers, no cameras, no hurry. Personal hosts coordinate transfers, dinner, and discretion. Membership is by invitation, though a single weekend stay often suffices to receive one.

Practical information
Is the casino open 24/7?+
The main gaming floor runs daily from 14:00 to 04:00. Private salons for high-stakes sessions may open earlier or remain available later when arranged with your host — overnight private play is common on weekends. Table play does not require a membership card; chips may be bought and redeemed at the cage throughout all operating hours.
Is there a dress code?+
After sunset, smart casual applies in our dining rooms and on the main casino floor. Gentlemen should wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; a jacket from our cloakroom is available on request. Pool and lagoon bars welcome beach attire during the day. Trainers, beachwear, and swim shorts are not allowed in the main restaurants from 19:00 onwards.
How far is the airport?+
Roughly thirty-five minutes by private car along the coastal road under normal traffic, or fifty-five minutes via the scenic inland route through the vineyards (we suggest this on arrival days when time allows). From the resort helipad, a helicopter transfer takes twelve minutes door-to-door.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur the first night's rate; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Suites and villas under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.
Every detail matters.
We check the pool temperature every two hours. We top up the bar before you realise it has run dry. We learn your name on the first day and your coffee preference on the second. None of this is remarkable on its own. What matters is that we do it for every guest, every day, for 25 years running.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong one. Over 25 years, we chose one and held to it. Every person on our team — from reception to the kitchen porters — was selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what excellence looks like. That is not something architecture alone can deliver. It comes from people.
